This week we visit: Czech Republic
Prague is a popular tourist destination and as such, it has to have some truly great restaurants, which it does. Some do only classical Czech dishes while others are more cosmopolitan in nature.
Here are some of the best restaurants in the Czech Republic capital:
CottoCrudo is the premiere Italian restaurant in Prague, with some truly classy and refined dishes. It also serves Bohemian traditional food, as well as Mediterranean classics. It is best to visit it in summer when the large window-walls are opened towards the river bank, providing an unforgettable experience.
The Alcron is one of the finest restaurants not only in Prague, but in this part of Europe. The main chef is Roman Paulus and the restaurant has a Michelin star. It is mostly a seafood restaurant, although you are not limited to just seafood. The restaurant is styled in the 1920s style and it can only host 24 guests at once. It is a truly intimate experience.
La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise is another restaurant in Prague that deserves your attention and we have to add that this is both due to the incredible professionalism and customer services as well as its Menu Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise which includes many of the classical Bohemian dishes, with a modern twist.
If you are looking for some French cuisine in Prague, the place for you is definitely Celeste Restaurant, headed by Chef Gwendal Le Ruyet and serving the best French food in the city. It is located in the Dancing House building and it offers some of the most incredible vistas of the city, as well as truly mouth0watering food.
