Prague is a city that is very popular with tourists, especially younger crowds who love its specific charms, as well as cheap beer, especially when compared to prices in the UK, US or Scandinavian countries.

Prague has a very rich nightclub scene and there are quite a few clubs in the city that you could and should visit during your stay in the city. Clubs in Prague are full of tourists and locals alike and you are guaranteed to have good times by visiting them.

However, not all of them are the same and there are those that the locals would recommend against, which is always the best way to find out which are truly great. The following nightclubs are recommended by people from Prague, which means they are really the best.

Cross Club is definitely one of the coolest in Prague, with interior design done totally in steel and metal, with many moving parts of the interior, which make for a super cool setting. There are two main stages in the club, with smaller rooms all over the place. It also has a café on the upper floor, as well as a small theatre/art space in the attic. The music is mainly techno, house, dubstep and drum’n’bass.

Yes! is one of the newest clubs in Prague and it is also one of the craziest. It is open till 6 am every night and it often features top DJs from the country and the world. The drinks are very reasonably priced and if you come before midnight, you will be getting happy hour prices.

Radost FX, on the other hand is the oldest club in Prague, with history dating back to the early 90s. It still holds a very special place in heart of every Prague native, while raving reviews have made it one of the most popular clubs in Europe. The club works only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Roxy is another Prague club that the locals adore. It used to be a ballroom and a cinema back in the 1920s and 1930s and today it is one of the top party spots in the entire city. There is something going on at Roxy pretty much every night and although the drink prices may be a bit steeper than in other places, the parties are more than worth it.
